While traditional moulage often focused on basic injury representation, modern training environments demanded greater realism, anatomical accuracy, and visual impact.
By combining professional special effects makeup techniques with a strong foundation in anatomy and injury simulation, Gore Queen FX helps military, government, healthcare, and civilian organizations create realistic training scenarios that better prepare participants for real-world events.

As Gore Queen FX continues to grow, the goal remains the same: to provide realistic, high-quality injury simulation that prepares participants for real-world events. Future plans include expanding nationwide exercise support through a network of trained Gore Queen FX artists, allowing organizations across the country to access professional moulage services wherever they train.

Meet gore queen fx

The artist behind Gore Queen FX is Lillie Falco, a special effects makeup artist based in the Raleigh/Durham, NC area. She has been in the makeup industry for 20+ years, with 17+ years dedicated exclusively to injury simulation. Through Gore Queen FX and previous work experience, her former and current clients include all branches of the US Military, the Department of Defense (DoD), the Center for Disease Control (CDC), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), and hospitals and colleges nationwide. Ms. Falco attended Joe Blasco Makeup School in Orlando, FL with diplomas in both Special Effects Makeup as well as Advanced Prosthetics. These courses covered everything from beauty makeup to beginner animatronics. She also has a bachelor's degree in Biology from University of Central Florida, which includes a minor in Criminal Justice and a certificate in Crime Scene Investigation. While her degree is in general biology, emphasis was placed in Human Anatomy & Physiology, Forensic Osteology and Genetics. Lillie also has an extensive teaching background, teaching moulage makeup classes around the country. She is also well versed in life casting, prop making, prosthetic creation, airbrush makeup, theater makeup, retail product development, project management, as well as a wide variety of other skills. As she says, "just tell me what you want and I'll make it for you." |
